To make the cake:

1. Preheat the oven together with the pan to 180C. Take the cream cheese out of fridge, let it soften at room temperature.

2. Lightly beat the soften cream cheese at slow speed. Add sugar, continue beating until the sugar and cream cheese are well mixed.

3. Add sour cream, mix well.

4. Slowly mix egg with the cheese. After the egg and cheese mixed perfectly, add the vanilla extract.

5. Place parchment paper arround the inside of the cake mode (to prevent the cake stick to the mode). If the cake mode base is removable, make sure you wrap the mode base with Aluminum paper!

6. Fill a big pan with hot water, put the cake on the pan (you need to wrap your mode if your mode isn't sealed at the bottom because you don't want to soak your cake!).

7. Put the pan (with the cake on) into the preheated oven. Bake for 50 min.

8. Mix the topping ingrediants together. Spread it on the cake when it is cooled down. Leave the cake in fridge for a night before you eat it. ^^
